Terms & Conditions for The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu
  1. Reservations

    – All reservations must be made in advance through our official booking channels (website, phone, or email).
    – A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

  2. Check-in and Check-out- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.

    – Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
    – Security Deposit by cash IDR 1.500.000 are required during check in process and will be returned upon check out full amount if there is no damage found in the room.

  3. Payment

    – Payment for the stay must be settled in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified.
    – Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods as specified by The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    – Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
    – Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one night’s stay.
    – Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  5. Special Offers and Promotions

    – Promotions and special offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
    – Any changes to bookings made under special offers may incur penalties or require the booking to be re-priced.

  6. Conduct During Stay

    – Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward other guests and staff members.
    – The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu reserves the right to remove any guest causing disruption or behaving inappropriately, without refund.

  7. Damage and Loss

    – Guests are responsible for any damages to property or belongings during their stay.
    – The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your visit.

  8. Health and Safety

    – Guests must adhere to the health and safety guidelines in place at The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu, including but not limited to local health regulations, and safety instructions.
    – In case of emergency, the property will take reasonable measures to ensure guest safety but is not liable for accidents or health-related issues that occur during the stay.

  9. Privacy and Data Protection

    – By making a reservation, you agree to our privacy policy, which governs the collection, storage, and use of personal information for booking purposes.
    – Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for essential service fulfillment.

  10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    – The Kemilau Hotel & Villa Canggu reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
